Walcott and Diaby out of Latics game

Theo Walcott and Abou Diaby will both be missing from the Arsenal line up that faces Wigan Athletic at the JJB in Sundays live Sky match

Diaby suffered an injury in the Gunners Champions League victory at the San Siro against AC Milan on Tuesday whilst Walcott suffered a thigh strain in a practice game day.

The game will seen as winnable by Steve Bruce with Arsenal suffering a dip in form in the Premier League at the moment and the Latics putting together something of a run.

It may well come down to who wants it more on the day but it`s a game where both clubs could do with three points from

Forget what thepoll says on the right, this is a game that Latics WILL win
worbo
well that might be good for you but you'll still lose about 4-1 i reckon

Reckon?......theyve never stuffed us before and I doubt they will this time, we've got a good chance on Sunday 1-0 to the Latics
worbo
difficult one to call; if arsenal hadn't of played that game midweek i would fancy your chances. but that win in milan is sure to have given them a huge boost. perhaps not a stuffing but a comfortable 2-0 is on the cards i think. although the absence of walcott will be a boost for you.

I think we will win but we have to watch out for Scharner at set peices as he is good against Arsenal.

Believe me, I hope you're right :P But I doubt very much that you can hope for more than a draw at best.

Ur spot on Zola. Arsenal will struggle to get anything more than a draw
