Wigans Ryan Taylor Europes MVP 3

Every week, Opta pick out the three best players from England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain to find the Most Valuable Player.

The soccer statisticians analyse their data and produce the results to name the Most Valuable Player in Europe.

This week there is a Wigan Athletic player in 3rd place, Ryan Taylor, in Saturdays game against Birmingham Taylor had five attempts on goal with four on target and as we know two finding the back of the net in the Latics 2-0 win.

Well done Ryan, for the record Sergio Aguero of Athletico Madrid was in first place and Aston Villas Gareth Barry was in second.
