Wigan Target Coventry Pair

Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce is hoping to sign Coventry City defensive pair Scott Dann and Danny Fox (pictured above) according to the Sunday People.

Danny Fox is a left back and only signed for the Sky Blues in January from Walsall where he made more than 100 appearances, Fox is an ex-Everton trainee and is 21 years old.

Scott Dann is another 21 year old ex-Walsall defender who only joined Coventry in January but at 6` 2" Dann is a big central defender with a big future in the game.

Both these players are apparently well known to Bruce and he could make the pair his first signings of Latics summer recruitment drive

Not quite sure if either are premiership quality, let alone together. SB knows a thing or two about defending. I'm sure he'll get it right.
