Wigan - Another Award for Wilson Palacios

Wigan Athletic midfield sensation Wilson Palacios was voted Man of the Match in the game against Manchester United last Sunday by Vital Wigan members, the 9th time this season.

Palacios was superb in the match that also saw a fantastic full debut from Wilsons Honduran compatriot Maynor Figueroa who started at left back and played the full game and had something of a stormer

How you voted - Wilson Palacios 48%, Maynor Figueroa 42%, Chris Kirkland 7%

Current Poll - The season has come to an end and its been interesting to say the least but was it what we expected and would we have taken 14th spot before the season started?

After 3 games we went top then it was all down hill until just before Christmas and the arrival of Steve Bruce who definitely turned us around and we finished the season in a flourish, in style and with some great form at the JJB, so - 'Was it a good season for the Latics?`

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page
