Kirkland in England Heartache Again

Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Chris Kirkland has been sent home from the England squad and will miss next weeks game against the USA after suffering back spasms

Kirkland, who was in superb form as the season played out, also missed Englands game with France last March due to the same problem

Its being reported that if his spasms clear up he will travel with the England squad to the Caribbean for the game against Trinidad and Tobago.

Done enough to deserve a place in the squad, certianly 1000 times better than Scott Carson from Villapool.
