Wigan Camara set to focus on Premier League shot

Wigan Athletics Senegal international; forward Henri Camara is desperate to spend at least another two seasons in the Premier League after a disastrous season long loan spell at West Ham United

The Sunday Mirror reports that Camara is wanted by French club Marseille but Camara states he wants to stay in England

Camara told the Mirror:

This has been my worst season in England'
'I have few words to describe what I have been through - I have barely played.

'I was so frustrated I went to see the manager and shouted in his face that I was sorry I'd ever joined West Ham.

'I was completely buried underground and I'm looking to find another club.

'Marseille want to sign me, but it is my aim to spend two or three more seasons in England.'

After being at both Wolves and Southampton as well as the Latics and West Ham little Henri is well aware how lucrative a new contract would be with a Premier League club

Maybe this is why he doesn`t want to go to Marseille

I would give him another chance, he has proven himself at this level and if Steve Bruce can tame his attitude he would be an excellent foil for Heskey/Zaki et al. Also he wouldnt cost anything as he is already our player

This season's experience might tame his agent's greed (isn't it his dad or uncle or something?) - it would be good to get him back firing on all cylinders for Latics - he was always quick and a good finisher.
