Wigan - 'D` Day is June 22nd for Zaki move

Wigan - 'D` Day is June 22nd for Zaki move

Zamalek chairman Mamdouh Abass claims that the club want to find a replacement for star striker Amr Zaki before they sanction his dream move to Wigan Athletic and the English Premier League.

Zaki, who scored the winning goal for Zamalek in Sundays Egyptian cup final, has met up with the Egyptian national squad as they prepare for their World Cup 2010 qualifier against Congo on June 1st

However with Zaki thinking all is well regarding his move to the Latics Mamdouh Abass has other ideas, Abass told Modern Sports on Sunday:

"We need to find a close match for Zaki before letting him go. There is no player in Egypt could`ve led us to the local cup title except for him"

"We are going to make the final decision by June 22"

So 'D` Day is June 22nd but hopefully all will be sorted well before then
