Fans can't wait for Zaki at Wigan Athletic

Fans can't wait for Zaki at Wigan Athletic

The voters on the last poll on Vital Wigan chose Egypt striker Amr Zaki has the man that they would most like to see at the Latics next season out of the crop of players that we are currently linked with.

The Zaki transfer has made a lot of news recently, especially here on Vital Wigan where there has been a lot of contributions to the debate from Zaki`s army of fans from around the world

Inter Milans Honduras striker, David Suazo, came in 2nd with 22% of the votes cast suggesting that we really do need to strengthen up front

What the poll asked - Who would you most like to see at Latics next season?

How you voted - Amr Zaki 58%, David Suazo 22%, Hendry Thomas 6%

Current Poll - There is talk of Zakis current club Zamalek coming to Wigan for a training camp and preseason friendly

Seeing as we haven`t had a 'home` friendly for over two years, so it would be nice for the club to give the fans a glimpse of the new players and new strip in the flesh so to speak and arrange a home friendly, but what do you think - 'Should Latics have a high profile friendly at the JJB?`

The poll can be accessed on the right side of this page

How much do you know about him? I am not sure if an Eygptian striker will have the physical atributes required from the premiership.
