Wigan Zaki transfer yet another twist

Nader Shawqi demands that Amr Zaky's contract with Zamalek be officially cancelled

It is being reported on some web sites that Nader Shawqi, Amr Zaky's agent sent an official memorandum on Monday morning to the football association (doesn't specify whether this is the Egyptian FA or FIFA), demadning that Amr Zaky's contract with Zamalek be terminated

The alledged reasons which have led to this are summarised as follows according to Zaki's official web site: the player has not received his pay since 2007 a situation which was repeated more than once during the past year a clear breach of the contract between the two sides

Nader Shawki has also sent a copy of the demand to Zamalek.

The plot thickens

If his contract is torn up guess he comes to us as a free, and on a perm move. The Zaki deal is turning more and more into a daytime soap.
