Latest player Linked to Wigan - Daniel Arismendi
According to the Mail, Wigan Athletic are interested in signing Venezuela striker Daniel Arismendi, who has scored nine goals in 20 appearances for his country and spent last season at Mexican club Atlante.
The striker, who is 26 on the 4th July has been sensational for his country in their World Cup 2010 qualifiers and one report claims 'he is a breath of fresh air'.
Whether this is just a news paper speculating or there is truth in the rumour remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure Wigan Athletic are getting linked with some seriously exotic players

Daniel Arismendi, in truth never heard of him but we are getting linked with a lot of internationals, which is good for the gossips ;)
