New Latics man Zaki Egypt 'Player of the Year`

The 'Best Player in Egypt` award for 2007/08 has been given to new Wigan Athletic striker Amr Zaki by Arabic website yallakora.com

Zaki played a starring role in his club sides Egyptian Cup win scoring the winning goal and also in the ACN for his country where he scored 4 goals as Egypt won the competition

Lets hope that Amr Zaki continues this good form into the forth coming season with the Latics and that he can be a big hit at the JJB and score the goals that have been missing for the past few seasons.
