Brown Confirms Hull Bid for King

Hull City boss Phil Brown has confirmed that they have tabled a bid for Wigan Athletic and former Watford striker Marlon King Reports the Hull Mail.

In an interview with the paper before jetting off to their preseason training camp Phil Brown said:

'We are talking to Steve Bruce and my chairman is talking to their chairman about the possibilities of Marlon King coming to the club'

'There's a long way to go but there's a bid on the table.'

So it could be goodbye Marlon has Hull look to sign their second striker from the Latics inside 12 months following Caleb Folans move last year
