Amr Zaki arrives in Wigan

New Wigan Athletic striker Amr Zaki arrived in Wigan this morning to meet his new team-mates for the first time and be put through his paces by Latics boss Steve Bruce on the training pitch.

Our friends at AmrZaky.com contacted Vital Wigan to let us know that Zaki had boarded his plane on time and got off without any problems and they said that he was looking forward to coming to Wigan and making a name in the English Premier League.

Although the deal has been protracted it is now final and we can look forward to watching the best striker from Africa play his stuff in the blue and white of the Latics
