Wigan Athletic - Brenda Spencers Nice Gesture

Who says Football Chief Executives have no heart?

Latics CEO Brenda Spencer arrived at Easter Road yesterday for the Hibernian Vs Wigan Athletic friendly and noticed some Latics fans 'milling` about outside the ground.

What did she do, ignore them, no, she went and spoke to them and then handed out some complimentary tickets for the game, a lovely gesture.

One of the fans, who wants to remain anonymous so we`ll just call him Brian, contacted Vital Wigan to let us know about this, he said:

"It was really nice of her to give us the tickets; she said thanks for coming such a long way to support the team and then handed out the complimentary tickets"

A very nice gesture indeed and one we felt needed reporting on

Well done Brenda
