Poll Says Kirkland Should be in England Squad
A poll run by Vital Wigan says that Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Chris Kirkland should be in the England squad and judging by David James` performance in last nights friendly against the Czech Republic Kirkie should be in the side
The form of Kirkland in the 2nd half of last season was truly magnificent and if it wasn`t for a back strain in pre-season then surely he would have been in the England starting line-up ahead of Portsmouth keeper James
For the record the poll result was 87% in favour of Kirkland in the England squad
