The Guardian

Espanyol have accepted a £12m offer from Everton for winger Albert Riera, but the player's preferred move is to Liverpool.

Two interesting snippets for me, firstly the Chimbonda story about him missing a walk aound the hotel and subsequently getting dropped...I can see trouble brewing there knowing our Pascal and also the Jimmy Bullard story about him not pulling his weight in midfield, now he has either changed into a completely different player or Hodgson just wants shut because he didnt sign him

Checking the team selection I felt slightly optimistic but slightly conf
