Aston Villa Come in for Heskey

With just over 2 hours of the transfer window left open Sky Sports are reporting that Aston Villa have enquired about Wigan Athletic striker Emile Heskey

Heskey was earlier today linked to both Spurs and Newcastle; it seems he is a player in demand lets hope that the deadline passes without the sale of our talisman

Heskey is a big part of the team, i hope he doesn't go
Jonni_G
Lets hope he stays, we don't want him!

As a Villa fan, I hope he doesn't go either...! No offence to you boys but I just don't want him. Plus as an ex-Bluenose he would have to work harder/achieve more than a lot of other new signings would just to get accepted by a lot of fans.

Silly pole question Wigan. You'll never qualify for Europe!

lathamwafc
oooooooh los_angeles_villan neither will you...what was the score last season? Whoops 0-2 I remember 4th May 2008
worbo
Why is it that you Wigan fans want him to stay? (Not a loaded or sarcastic question) just I really don't think he is good enough, seems to be a 1 goal in 5 games striker for you, so what is the big deal? I really hope he stays for you! I can see if he had his awesome performances more often he could be great but he is either injured or off form far too often isn't he?
The Fear
neither will you??? we're in europe dumbo!!!!.Heskey you can keep as well he's crap and once a bluenose always a bluenose.
happyvillan

lathamwafc
He does alot more than just score goals he's an alrounder. A finger that the players respect. If he's crap why is it that he's been chosen for England
Jonni_G
very good question why has he been picked for England?????
happyvillan
Talking to the American happyvillageidiot and Im sure Heskey would rather stay somewhere he is appreciated than play for Birmingham Villa....how did you qualify for Europe? Ahh Mickey Mouse route
worbo
Cant we just get along?
