As a Villa fan, I hope he doesn't go either...! No offence to you boys but I just don't want him. Plus as an ex-Bluenose he would have to work harder/achieve more than a lot of other new signings would just to get accepted by a lot of fans.

Why is it that you Wigan fans want him to stay? (Not a loaded or sarcastic question) just I really don't think he is good enough, seems to be a 1 goal in 5 games striker for you, so what is the big deal? I really hope he stays for you! I can see if he had his awesome performances more often he could be great but he is either injured or off form far too often isn't he?

Latics v Brentford - Big Game Preview

Latics go into the game against Brentford hoping to build on the win away at Burton last Saturday, another three points this afternoon could see us lifted out of the bottom three come 5pm, what a change around that would be from the despair that we were all feeling as we came in to the new year.

The truth of the matter is that the team is too good to be stuck where it is in the league, we have enough quality in the ranks to be higher up the table, hopefully the last two games have shown t
