Fergie Block Means Henri Camara Stays at Wigan

Wigan Athletic forward Henri Camara missed a deadline day move to Stoke City because of the intervention of Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Latics boss Steve Bruce was ready to sign United forward Fraizer Campbell and allow Camara to move on to the Britannia Stadium but in stepped Fergie.

With United buying Dimtar Berbatov from Spurs the North London club found themselves a little short of forwards and insisted that they wanted Campbell to sign for them on a season long loan if they were to sanction the Berbatov deal.

Fergie told a disappointed Campbell that he couldn`t go to the JJB and instead he had to head off down to White Hart Lane and this caused the knock on effect with Bruce not allowing Camara to leave due to the Latics being short up front.

Oh the complexity of deadline day deals

Fergie has done us a favour in my opinion, keeping ****ty Campbell away and keeping exceptional Camara here..nice work Fergs :)

Campbell as well as Camara, as well as Heskey, yes, instead, no, I know dream on.

Now then, Camera now knows we were prepared to ship him out so how will this affect his decicate attitude.

I can't he was ready to ship Camara out. But what shocks me even more is that he was ready to sell Camara for only 1 million good for Stoke, but a very bad bit of buisness for us
