Heskey to stay?

Heskey to stay?

Emile Heskey fresh from an outstanding performance for England in Croatia has an offer of an extended contract with Wigan on the table.

Heskey who has never been a prolific goalscorer appears to be regaining his form and fitness and is also believed to be attracting attention from Celtic,Panathaniokos, Spurs and Villa amongst others.

With Emile free to talk to other clubs from January and able to leave on a free next summer Wigan will have to move fast to secure Emile to what could be his last big contract.

There was strong rumours that he would move in the last transfer window with his replacement being Zaki's Egyptian team mate Mido but it didn't materialise.

Lets hope Wigan move fast and secure Emile to another two year deal.
