Mido in Bruces Aim Once More

Mido in Bruces Aim Once More

Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce will bid £6m for Middlesbrough striker Mido in January according to the Sunday People.

The Latics see the Egypt and Boro striker as the man to replace Emile Heskey who is almost certain to be on his way when the transfer window re-opens with sources close to the club telling Vital Wigan that this deal was very close in August

Bruce is a long time admirer of Mido and tried to sign him for Birmingham in 2007 when the player left Spurs, Bruce would also like to team him up with his Egypt striking partner Amr Zaki who at the moment is taking the Premier League by storm.

Honestly i think its better for each of Heskey and Mido to stay where they are. However Wigan signing a striker in January is essential.
