Half Time at White Hart Lane

A goalless first half at White Hart Lane saw Latics the dominant side in what is an uninspiring game if truth be told with Spurs very nervous and the home crowd getting edgy booed the Tottenham players off.

In a half with few chances Latics had the better with Zaki and Figueroa both shooting over the closest Spurs came was a looping header that landed on top of the net from Darren Bent.

Latics line-up:

Kirkland, Melchiot, Boyce, Bramble, Figueroa, Valencia, Scharner, Palacios, Koumas, Heskey, Zaki
