Wigan Athletic - Zaki Declared Fit

Latics Egyptian hotshot Amr Zaki has been declared fit ahead of tonights Carling Cup 3rd round tie against Ipswich Town at Portman Road but it looks like a place on the bench will be the best he can hope for

Zaki injured his calf in Sundays draw at White Hart Lane against Spurs and was immediately ruled out of this game and pronounced doubtful for Sunday, but low and behold Zaki has proved he is a fast healer and he is fine for tonight.

Bruce has stated that he wants a cup run for the Latics but may not be tempted to risk his prize asset with Manchester City due at the JJB in 4 days time

Cant see Bruce starting him tonight, maybe a run out for the last 15 minutes or so
