Wigan V Boro
Wigan are enjoying a good start to the new season -- they are currently tenth in the table. Middlesbrough's fortunes are not too good at the moment and the last thing they will fancy is a trip to the JJB on Saturday.
Middlesbrough's fortunes will have to turn around, won't they? They haven't been too impressive of late and losing to West Brom at home will have not done much for their confidence which surprises me as Boro have a decent squad.
That said, Wigan are very strong now but I believe Boro and Wigan's determination for the points may ultimately cancel each other's appetites out.

A close game I think and the appetite from Boro's point of view as opposed to Wigan's may mean this game may end in a draw.

I think Boro and Wigan will be fine this season and will finish comfortably - their quality will tell as the season goes on. Boro haven't had a good start but I expect that to change soon.
Finally, I hope the game's a good one and good luck to us Latics and Middlesbrough for the season.
