Sprayzens Match Analysis - Liverpool 3-2 Latics

Vital Latics Australian analyser sprayzen gives his views on this afternoons game between Liverpool and Wigan Athletic here he has his say.

The way the game was unfolding you always thought Liverpool were going to score at least 1 goal, Liverpool could of won this game by a hand full of goals on top of the 3 they scored, Zaki was brilliant and never stopped running

Best for Wigan were Zaki, Kirkland and Bramble

Liverpool dominated out wide and ran all over Melchiot and Figgy.

Scharner had an indifferent game

Cattermole and Palacios failed to dominate or set up any play in the 2nd half they just sat back and tried to defend

Kapo was solid, he looked great at times but always tried to do that 1 extra dribble and turned the ball over. De Ridder was good whenever he got the ball but hardly got it in attacking zone during the match

On Valencia's 2 yellow cards, the 1st one i thought was unlucky but someone from Wigan was going to get a card unfortunately it was Valencia who got it, he actually made his run after the ball was played so think he was hard done by then.

The 2nd yellow was poor from Valencia and a tackle he didn't even have to attempt; maybe he was frustrated after turning the ball over whilst on a half break or something, either way it was costly none the less

Amr Zaki unfortunate to end up on the losing side

you guys played well today but like alot of teams you suffered from our late come backs again.... on another day you would have got all 3points at worse 1point.... good luck for the rest of the season expect a mid-table finish from you lot this season you have got the players do it just hope your luck improves just not against us ;)
