The Latics Listen to Vital Wigan

Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan has announced that the club have teamed up with HJ Heinz and put together a scheme that will see young local children allowed free entrance to Latics home games

Back on the 15th September Vital Wigan ran a poll to gauge the feeling of Latics fans about letting the kids in for free in the South Stand and the overwhelming response to this was 'yes - let the kids in for nowt`

The Latics have now, as a result, launched the 'JJ`s Big Ticket` and for every home game the club is giving away 2000 tickets to the under 16`s for admittance into the South Stand

Who says that the Latics aren`t a listening club, maybe it depends on who is doing the talking

next a supporters club, build links with the independent fans sites, link with our fans abroad espically our Norway fans and put packages on them for games and make it easier for people who haven't been to a game before to get a ticket
