Kilbane set for 500th Appearance

Wigan Athletic midfield man Kevin Kilbane is poised to make an historic achievement tomorrow night if he gets on the field against his former club Everton, he will make the 500th club appearances of his career.

'Killer` has been around for an age it seems and the Republic of Ireland international has had a good career that started in 1995 at Preston North End and continued with West Bromwich Albion, Sunderland, Everton and the Latics

If Killer does get his 500th appearance tomorrow it will be against a club that he played 121 times for in a 3 year spell, he has chalked up 71 games for the Latics scoring 2 goals.
