Emad Moteab set to Replace Zaki at Wigan?

Emad Moteab the 25 year old Egypt international; team mate of Wigan Athletic forward Amr Zaki looks set to be the man to replace Real Madrid bound Zaki in January.

Vital Latics understands that General Manager John Benson has been over to Egypt and watched Moteab play for his country in their 5-1 victory over Benin when he scored two goals.

Moteab`s agent Nader Shawky, who is also Zaki`s agent, started negotiations with his original club Al Ahly for a possible move to Wigan Athletic in January

He plays now for Ittihad Geddah in KSA on one year loan deal and he is top goal scorer with 6 goals in 8 games.

Report - Latics 0 Forest 0 - What A Shocker

Thirteen games to save our Championship status, first up a home game against Nottingham Forest who are on a shocking run of form, conceded 10 goals in their last three matches, three of their first choice defenders missing through injury, they had lost 11 of their 16 away games this season with a -16 goal difference on the road and sat just six points above us in the table, surely a game that we would set out to win.
