Bruce to bid again for Harewood

Marlon Harewood has been made available for 4 million pounds according to media reports.

WIgan thought that they had agreed a deal to sign Harewood in the summer of 2007 but he was persuaded to sign for Villa by manager Martin O Neill.

Harewood has not enjoyed the best of times at Villa, scoring 5 goals in 29 games and is believed to welcome the opportunity to play regular first team football.

Stoke are believed to be the favourites to sign Marlon and it remains to be seen, whether Steve Bruce would bid again for a player who has rejected Wigan once

Wouldnt entertain him at any price, our interest in him is history

ashton would b a far better option at around the same price range or at least someone who is far better proven than harewood

i agree with u that ashton is much better , but he's injured all the time , i've never seen him play 3 matches in a row , so that's prolly why bruce is gonna go 4 harewood , although he's a very lousy finisher , i think bruce shouldn't look 4 any more harewood type of strikers ( big n strong with no brains ) , he should look 4 a striker with an eye 4 goal
