Negotiations for Hugo are Underway
It has been confirmed that Wigan Athletic have started negotiations with Mexican club Necaxa to sign Colombian striker Hugo Rodallega Martinez
Necaxa president Roberto Munoz told reporters:
'Wigan got in touch with us with the intention of signing Hugo Rodallega and we are having negotiations.'
It is understood that a fee in the region of £4.5 million will be required to sign the 23 year old hotshot
