Big Money Bid Received for Valencia?

Big Money Bid Received for Valencia?

Wigan Athletic have received a £14 million bid for attacking midfield player Antonio Valencia from Real Madrid, according to the Daily Telegraph

The Spanish giants have been linked to Valencia and also Amr Zaki for the past couple of weeks and with former Spurs boss Juande Ramos now in charge he is obviously eyeing up the English Premier League for possible transfer targets for the coming window

There has been speculation surrounding the Ecuador international all season with the form that he has shown and surely Valencia is destined to play at the very top of European football

Real Madrid would be a big pull and £14 million a huge fee to turn down, personally I would love the Latics to build a team around the likes of Valencia, Palacios and Zaki but it isn`t going to happen and we just might be seeing the last of Valencia in Fridays game against Newcastle at the JJB if this bid is true
