Injury worries for Bruce mar victory

Cattermole is of course suspended for one game which is the cup game against Spurs but Kirkland's groin injury in the warm up today and Heskey's re-occuring hamstring injury are expected to rule them both out of the trip to White Hart lane.

With an already small squad and with Kapo semeingly ready to leave the club, Bruce may be forced to call upon the young reserves Kupisz, Cwyka and Routlegde for the game on January the 2nd.

We'll be OK hopefully. Should give Tottenham a good game but I won't get carried away.

Well' lets be reasonable.. We won't win the FA cup anyway.. So get some of the youngsters in, and rest what can be rested.. We have three tough games in the league coming up, which can bring us down in the bottom again.. 2 points from them would be OK..

The players died at the end of the game and did the week before, they need a rest and the new year has a few internationals as well. Add that with the thought of key players leaving and also a big month of fixtures coming up and its going to be tough - the players need as much rest as possible
