Taylor Still Talking About That Goal
Wigan Athletics Ryan Taylor is still talking about his wonderful free-kick against Newcastle United a week on.
The likeable scouser once again knocked the stuffing out of the Geordies with a fantastic goal but he says that he doesn`t feel that because the Latics are playing Newcastle that he is destined to score.
Taylor says that practice in training pays dividends in a match but it still feels good when they go in when it matters, he told reporters:
'I don't think because we're playing Newcastle I'm going to score today, it's just one of those things that seems to happen
'I hit them like that in training but it's always nice when they come off in a game.
'As soon as I saw it go over the wall, I knew it had a chance. It's a nice feeling when it hits the back of the net.'
