Amr Zaki Wins Mid Season Player Award


Wigan Athletic fans have voted for Amr Zaki has their player of the season so far in the latest poll here on Vital Latics.

Without doubt the Egypt international has made a massive impact not only on the Latics but also on the Premier League where he is in 3rd place in the goal scoring charts with 10 goals so far.

Zaki won 84% of the votes, Chris Kirkland was 2nd with 6% and Lee Cattermole 3rd with 4%.

Nice one and well done Amr, plus since ManUre pulled out of the Cup a few years ago its been relegated to the same importance as the Carling Cup

i think all players deserve awards they were all stars and battle on the pitch and they do well today and not disappointed us

although i'm zaki's biggest fan ( mainly since i'm a zamalek maniac ) and i can't deny his gr8 role in wigan's acheivements , but i think that valencia deserves a lotta credit for wigan's great display this year , he has been absolutely amazing and helped out every team in them team 2 take out their best on the pitch
