Valencia Still Wanted By Madrid in Saviola Swap

Valencia Still Wanted By Madrid in Saviola Swap

Wigan Athletic and Ecuador midfield man Luis Antonio Valencia is still being courted by Spanish giants Real Madrid with the latest reports coming out of Spain that although Madrid aren`t willing to meet Latics £20 million valuation they are willing to offer £12 million plus Javier Saviola.

Now Saviola isn`t the biggest player in the world standing at just 5` 6" but he is sheer class and the 27 year old former Barcelona striker has scored goals and lots of them, where ever he`s been.

Would Saviola want to come to Wigan is a totally different question and with the Latics already having strikers Zaki, Heskey and Rodallega joining this week would Steve Bruce want him there?

Though the deal may seem tempting to some it may not be to Steve Bruce or Javier Saviola
