Latics Give Hull Permision to Speak to Kilbane

Hull City have been given permission to speak to Wigan Athletic midfield player Kevin Kilbane over a proposed moved to the KC Stadium.

Hull manager Phil Brown is desperate to strengthen his squad and consolidate their good start to life as a Premier League club and sees Killer as a steadying influence for some of his more in-experienced players.

Kilbane has been a good servant to the Latics and he gives 100% every time he takes to the pitch, Killers contract is out at the end of this season and he will want his future sorting out as soon as possible.

Proud to have had him in a Latics kit, always gave his all no matter if he played out of position or not. Did brilliantly well as a very makeshift Left Back last year. Good luck to Killer!!!
