Bruce to seek Grant for Palacios

Bruce to seek Grant for Palacios

Bruce is being linked in the Daily Mirror with a bid for Leadbetter as a replacement for Wilson Palacios if the hondutran's transfer goes through.

23 year old life long Sunderland fan Leadbitter is un.der contract with the Black Cats until 2011 but is believed to be unhappy and amenable to a move.

As a replacement for Palacios this would represent a tidy profit for Mr Whelan.

Not sure about this one. Would he do as adequate job as Wilson? Hopefully just paper talk.

Thats exactly the point Rob. Who can little Wigan get who would do as good a job as Wilson? Maybe frpm overseas but unless SB has been anticipating this turn of events we don't have much time

I'm sure there are players out there, baskers. If Grant came, I think he'd certainly add steel but I think we can do better. I quite like the idea of playing Koumas, wherever he may be, in his natural role.

he scores one wonder goal every year then doesn't do anything the whole year , he can't get playing time at his weak struggling team , he is simply rubbish
