Middlesboro agree fee for King

Middlesboro agree fee for King

King is currently undergoing a medical in Middlesboro at present.

King had signed on loan at Hull City but following an alleged fall out with Phil Brown he is apparently poised to move further north.

This move will however depend on him passing the medical which proved too much at Fulham last January and agreeing a settlement with Wigan over the percentage of the remainder of his contract that Wigan pay to King.

This is because King has not asked for a transfer and was allegdely the reason that a permenant move to Hull didn't happen in the summer.

There is no word on whether King is being signed as a replacement for Mido, who is rumoured to be Wigan bound.

Ha, the striker merry-go-round! Think the link for Heskey to Villa is VERY spurious, only someone leaving an article comment then the site using it as an article. Might be true, been linked enough in the press i guess but would think he'll follow through to the summer when he can make a fortune on a bosman.

Heskey will go to Liverpool whether its nopw or in the summer. Looks like we were rioght about the hitch with King wanting his pay off as his permenant move is now a loan move again

Latics v QPR - Big Game Preview

An important game at the DW Stadium tomorrow for the Latics, Gary Caldwell will be hoping to banish the disappointment of conceding a 93 minute goal away at Forest last Saturday that saw a point slip away after coming from behind three times in the game.

QPR are in town, they aren't quite the multi-millionaires that they were the last time that we met, that was in the play off semi-final in 2014, but they do have a squad with lots of quality and will certainly pose a threat.
