Lawro Predicts - Latics Vs Liverpool

Ex-Liverpool player and BBC football pundit Mark 'Lawro` Lawrenson has done his weekly round of forecasting for the Beeb and he sees the Wigan Athletic Vs Liverpool game at the JJB ending in an away win for his former club, yeah right, this is what he says:

'This is a tough fixture for Liverpool but a good time to play Wigan, with Wilson Palacios and Emile Heskey having left the JJB Stadium.
The Latics have been on a really good run but have lost the last two games, both to Manchester teams.

I think the Reds will win this to get their title challenge back on track.

Verdict: 0-2`

Latics to get back on track with a 2-1 victory against what can only be described as an over achieving Liverpool side this season is worbos prediction

I'd worry if he ever predicted a win for us

Yeah Im not relishing the trip to the JJB. Our form is poor at the moment and old fat head has done a great job at Wigan. With Heskey and Palacios gone though and rumours of Valencia missing tonights game through injury (so I saw anyway??) Im hoping we can win it. As I said though, Wigan a are a very good, hard-working side and one of the best sides weve seen at Anfield this season. It really could go either way tonight, depending on which Liverpool turn up!

both wigan strikers scored against liverpool at anfield i'd say they will do the same at JJB

Lawro always gets it wrong fortunately for you and for us. There are certain teams he just doesn't like, guess Latics and City are two of them. Like Worbo says, start worrying when he goes for you!
