Zaki is Back and Training

Zaki is Back and Training

Wigan Athletic leading goal scorer Amr Zaki returned to training today and is raring to go in Saturdays mid-table clash with Fulham at the JJB

Zaki was injured in the clash with Liverpool when a very nasty challenge from a Liverpool player caught Zaki on the calf, following lengthy treatment the Egypt international continued but he had to be substituted in the second half and missed last Saturdays draw at Aston Villa with the injury.

Latics players were kicked from pillar to post in the game by Liverpools heavy tactics though manager Rafa Benitez said after the game:

I saw nothing wrong, he got kicked that`s what we do, ask Frank Lampard
