Charles Excited By The Latics

Charles Excited By The Latics

Wigan Athletic new boy Charles N`Zogbia is impressed and excited by the Latics and cant wait to get started on the pitch with his new team mates.

The Latics record signing who joined on Monday from Newcastle watched his new team mates perform heroics on Saturday at Aston Villa and was left suitably impressed by what he saw.

The Frenchman also believes he will have no problems settling into what he terms 'a friendly club` and says that he is looking forward to renewing his acquaintances with Titus Bramble and Antoine Sibierski whom he knew from their Newcastle days, N`Zogbia told reporters:

'These are exciting times. I watched the game against Aston Villa on Saturday and was impressed.

'I want to make my mark this season by hopefully playing all the games that are left.

'It seems a really friendly club so I don't think it will be a problem settling in.

'Now I need to learn how the team works and how they play.

'I know Titus Bramble and Antoine Sibierski from Newcastle - Titus helped me settle in when I first went to Newcastle.'
