Another Honduran Coming to the Latics?

Wigan Athletic are reportedly interested in signing Honduras international defender Victor Bernardez who is currently on loan at Belgium club Anderlecht

Scouts from the Latics were in attendance at the Honduras Vs Costa Rica game last Wednesday and Wigan could sneak in and snatch the 26 year old away from Anderlecht for as little as £500,000.

Bernardez who has 36 international appearances scoring twice told reporters:

'I know that my [Anderlecht] contract lasts for six months, but that doesn't put me under any extra pressure'

'I have already shown with my work and perseverance that things can turn out well.'
