Cho Won-hee Signing To Be Announced on Monday

Reports coming out of Korea suggest that Cho Won-hee has in fact been granted his work permit and his signing for Wigan Athletic will be announced on Monday 23rd February when Latics Chief Executive Brenda Spencer returns from America where she has been on a business trip

The signing of Cho will be greeted with relief by manager Steve Bruce who hasn`t had the best of luck with transfers that were reliant on the player concerned being granted a work permit
