Zaki in hot water?

Zaki, played 90 minutes against Zambia last Saturday, picking up a hamstring injury in the process which will rule him out until May.

Media sources are reporting Zaki will face a heavy fine from Wigan manager Steve Bruce, for returning late for the fourth time this season.

The club have issued a public statement on their website berating Zaki for his attitude.

Although he is injured he should have reported back for a medical assessment by the club's medics but has failed to do so.

He is also reported to be failing to return calls from the club re his whereabouts.

This unprofessional behaviour could spell the end of his career with Wigan Athletic.
