Wigan Athletic - Mido to Hit a Ton

Wigan Athletic and Egypt striker Mido is all set to make his 100th appearance today for an English club in the Latics game at Goodison Park against Europa League rivals Everton.

Mido is currently on loan at the Latics from Middlesbrough though he is desperate to make his loan move a permanent deal after he seemingly found his feet at the JJB and he is working hard to make the right impression and get himself fit, he recently said:

"I have been working on a fitness programme with a coach and I`ve lost about 4lbs so I`m going the right way.

"I just want to do what the manager asks me and work hard for the team."

Mido has previously had spells with Spurs and Middlesbrough but seems to have found it difficult to settle, indeed taking into account his former clubs from around the World, Latics are in fact his 9th club, not bad for a 26 year old.
