'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Driver Driven to Stay at Hearts

Wigan Athletic are among a host of clubs checking out Hearts winger Andrew Driver according to reports coming out of Scotland though the Oldham born player says he is happy at Tynecastle

The 21 year old signed a new 5 year contract at the start of the current season and with Hearts all but sure of European football next season Driver is adamant that he wants to stay put, he told reporters: 'I'm signed for four years so I don't think anything other than that'

'Until the day comes when someone says you have got to move or an offer has been accepted, that's when you think about it.

'I'm happy here on a long contract. We have shown this year we can make something of ourselves and it would be a shame to move away and miss out on that.

'The way the team has evolved, it's something you want to stay and be involved in.'
