Keeper dilemma for Bruce
Latic's number one keeper, Chris Kirkland is expected to be sidelined by a back spasm sustained in the defeat at West Brom last Saturday.
Steve Bruce must chose between big Mike from Bolton, Mike Pollitt and super sub Richard Kingson.
Kingson came on for the injured Kirkland on Saturday and performed heroics in the Latics goal, including saving a penalty.
However it is believed that Pollitt is viewed as the 'number 2' to Kirkland hence Bruce's dilemma.
