Lawro Predicts - Stoke Vs Latics
Stoke City v Wigan
Mark 'Lawro` Lawrenson, the ex-Liverpool player and current BBC pundit has done his usual round of predicting the scores for this weekends Premier League games and this week unsurprisingly hes backing the Latics to lose. Let`s see what he has to say and why he thinks this game will end in a defeat for Steve Bruces men:
'Wigan were good against Manchester United on Wednesday. Manager Steve Bruce set them up well and they always looked a threat.
Stoke had a good result against Hull and they'll continue the good form at home - this will be payback for the crowd from the players.
It will be an open game but I think Tony Pulis' side will come away winners.'
Verdict: 2-1
Sorry Lawro but I am going to have to disagree, I can see us getting at least a draw today and if the lads play like they did on Wednesday then we will win, but I will go with my gut feeling, worbo predicts 1-1
