Scharner`s Future Undecided

Wigan Athletic player Paul Scharner is unsure what his future holds following reports that he will be leaving the club in the summer

Speaking to Vital Latics at the Player of the Season Awards Dinner on Thursday Scharner said that he didn`t know what was going to happen this summer and that he still could well be a Latics player come the start of the new season.

Scharner said: "I don`t know what is going to happen in the summer, I love it here."

The big Austrian also had a message for his fans in Norway who have followed him since his playing days at SK Brann who play in the town of Bergen, he said: "Wigan and Bergen are very similar in many ways and the fans there will always have a special place in my heart just like here at Wigan"
