Bruce Out Of Sunderland Frame

Sky Sports News claim that Sunderland wont be speaking to Steve Bruce about becoming their new boss due to Wigan Athletic 'jumping the gun`.

According to the news channel Sunderland contacted the Latics yesterday (Tuesday) to gain permission to speak to Bruce once agreement had been reached over the amount of compensation Latics wanted.

Sunderland claim that due to the Latics breaking the news prior to such agreement being reached they will no longer be pursuing Bruce and have already turned their attentions else where.

If that`s the case well done to who ever leaked the story to the press, lets keep the best manager we have ever had at the club

This is just a smoke screen probably, if they really wanted him what difference would that make? They are trying to lower the Bruce Fee.
