Cattermole Looks Forward to Meeting Martinez

Cattermole Looks Forward to Meeting Martinez

Wigan Athletic midfield man Lee Cattermole says that he is looking forward to meeting new boss Roberto Martinez and hopefully he can produce another good season in the centre of Latics midfield.

Speaking to Sky Sports News ahead of the European Under 21 Championships Cattermole said he was sad to see Bruce leave the Latics but appreciates that managers come and go, that`s football he said.

When asked by the reporter if he would miss Bruce Catts replied: 'Yes definitely, I had a good year last year and he brought me to Wigan so it is a bit of a shame, but that's football.

'Managers change, players change all the time so hopefully I'll be able to do the same for Martinez.'
